"A <br /> Attachment " <br /> JOINT POWER AGREEMENT <br /> FOR <br /> STORM SEWER FEASIBILITY STUDY <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and -entered' into .this day <br /> of , 1980, by and between the CITY OF ST. ANTHONY, <br /> a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Minneso- <br /> ta, (hereinafter referred to as "St. Anthony") and the CITY <br /> OF ROSEVILLE, a municipal corporation under the laws of the <br /> State of Minnesota (hereinafter referred to as "Roseville" ) . <br /> RECITALS: <br /> 1. Roseville has issued a building permit to M-M <br /> Development-Corporation to construct an office/warehouse complex <br /> in Roseville on a portion of a tract of land in the South half <br /> of Section -5 , Township 29 , Range 23 lying North of Ramsey County <br /> Road C and adjoining the Easterly border of St. Anthony. <br /> 2. Storm water, run-off from the land to be developed <br /> is discharged into a ditch on the North side of Anthony Lane <br /> North in St. Anthony as it extends through the plat of St. <br /> Anthony Industrial Park. <br /> 3 . Development of said land will result in reduced ponding <br /> of storm waters on the land . in Roseville and may increase dis- <br /> charge of storm water to the adjoining property in St. Anthony. <br /> 4 . The parties deem it advisable to engage a consulting <br /> engineer to conduct a preliminary engineering study and to pre- <br /> pare a feasibility report as to the need for, and estimated <br /> cost of, a storm sewer system to deal with the run-off from <br /> • the land to be developed in Roseville and from other land in <br />
