the same drainage area in both Roseville and St. Anthony <br /> • (hereinafter referred to as the "Feasibility Study") . <br /> 5.. It is the desire of Roseville and St. Anthony to <br /> obtain the Feasibility Study jointly, with St. Anthony coordi- <br /> nating the study and the cost thereof being shared equally by <br /> the two Cities. <br /> . 6. This agreement .sets forth the agreement between <br /> Roseville and St. Anthony for the Feasibility Study pursuant <br /> to the Joint Power Act, Minn. Stat. § 471.59. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants <br /> herein contained, it is agreed by and between Roseville and <br /> St. Anthony, as follows : <br /> 1. Engineering work for the Feasibility Study shall be <br /> • done by a''mutually agreed upon consulting engineering firm. <br /> 2 . After agreement as to. -the engineering firm, St. Anthony <br /> shall forthwith cause the Feasibility Study to be conducted and <br /> an appropriate report to be prepared, and ,shall thereafter sub- <br /> mit the same to the City Councils for review as soon as possible. <br /> 3. Roseville and St. Anthony will supply all necessary <br /> information to the consulting .engineer for the completion of the <br /> Feasibility Study and will cooperate with the consulting <br /> engineer and each other to obtain the report as soon as possible. <br /> 4 . Each City' s decision to participate in the project <br /> shall be subject ,to any necessary public hearings and Council <br /> approvals. Neither City binds itself to proceed with a storm <br /> sewer project after the Feasibility Study -is completed. <br /> -2- <br />
