• RESOLUTION 81-011 <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE SECTION 8 <br /> HOUSING ASSISTANCE CONTRACT .BETWEEN THE <br /> METROPOLITAN COUNCIL AND THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> WHEREAS , the City of St. Anthony participates, with the Department of <br /> Housing and Urban Development and the Metropolitan Council , in the <br /> Section 8 rent assistance program in accordance with Contract No. <br /> SG-80-27. which they entered into on January 1 , 1979 ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the aforementioned contract . provides for reimbursement to <br /> the City for expenses incurred; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into an amendment of the afore- <br /> mentioned contract which would increase the reimbursement to the <br /> City; and <br /> WHEREAS, except as amended, the provisions of the aforementioned <br /> contract shall remain in force and effect without change. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that. the City Council of the City of <br /> St. Anthony_ authorizes the -Mayor.-arid- City Manager- to sign and -.execute . <br /> Amendment One -o� -Cohtract -No. ,SG-80-2-7. <br /> Adopted this orf day of 1981. <br /> 67 <br /> Ma or <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> Ci y Zanager <br />
