Contract No. SG-80-27 <br /> AMENDMENT ONE <br /> � <br /> SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS PROGRAM CONTRACT BETWEEN THE <br /> METROPOLITAN COUNCIL AND THE CITY OF ST . ANTHONY <br /> The parties hereto agree that the contract which -they entered into <br /> on January 1, 157.9 relating to the establishment of a <br /> Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments Program within the City shall <br /> be and is hereby amended in- the following particulars : <br /> Section 3 .A. is hereby amended to read as follows : <br /> A. Maximum Payment . The Council agrees to- pay the actual costs <br /> incurred by the City in furnishing the services specified herein <br /> which are reimbursable to the Council by HUD, provided that the . <br /> total Council .payment to a City shall not exceed : <br /> 1) One Hundred dollars ($100) per month for cities with ten (10) <br /> or less housing units per month under contract to receive <br /> assistance payments from the Council , during the period for <br /> which reimbursement is provided, or <br /> a <br /> 2) Ten dollars ($10) per unit per month for cities with more <br /> than ten (10) housing units under contract to receive assistance <br /> - payments from the Council , during the period for which reim- <br /> bursement is provided.. <br /> This amendment shall be effective as of May 1 , 1980. <br /> Except as amended hereby, the provisions of the above-referenced <br /> 'contract shall remain in force and in effect without change. <br /> METROPOLITAN COUNCIL <br /> By <br /> Executive Director <br /> CITY OF ST.
