RESOLUTION 81-049 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND ACTING <br /> CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A PROPOSAL <br /> FROM SHORT-ELLIOTT-HENDRICKSON, INC. <br /> WHEREAS, Short-Elliott-Hendrickson, Inc. has submitted a <br /> feasibility and cost study for watermain construction on <br /> 37th Avenue N.E. (.Co.. Rd. D) ; and <br /> WHEREAS , Short-Elliott-Hendrickson, Inc. has also submitted <br /> a .proposal for engineering services for plans and -specifica- <br /> tions and construction observation of watermain relocation <br /> and replacement on 37th Avenue N.E: (Co. Rd.
