Rd. D) from Silver Lake Road to Highcrest Road. <br /> Ramsey County will be preparing plans and specifications for the <br /> reconstruction of 37th Ave. N.E. (Co. Rd. D) during 1982. The <br /> plans and specifications for the watermain relocation and <br /> replacement will be incorporated into the plans and specifications <br /> for the 37th Ave. N. E. (Co. Rd.
