Reservists must attend at least <br /> 50 percent of all training sessions , drills , and <br /> meetings- each year to be eligible for the allowance. <br /> 2. Service minimum. Reservists must either a) respond <br /> to at least one-third of all call backs; or b) fill <br /> 15 shifts; or c) respond to at least one-fifth of all <br /> call backs AND fill six shifts in each year to be <br /> eligible for the allowance. <br /> (.7), Waiver <br /> In the event .of long term injury, illness or other valid <br /> circumstances , the Fire Chief shall have the authority to <br /> waive the Performance Minimums . <br />
