PM <br /> RESOLUTION 82-056 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND <br /> CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY AND THE CITY OF ST. .ANTHONY <br /> REGARDING THE USE OF CDBG FUNDS FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY <br /> ACQUISITION FOR .SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION <br /> WHEREAS , the City and the County desire to construct and rebuild <br /> County Road "D"/37th Avenue N.E. from Silver Lake Road to I-35W; and <br /> WHEREAS , said construction would include a sidewalk on the- north <br /> side of County Road "D" ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the City has been allocated CDBG funds for .the acquisition <br /> of right-of-way and construction of said sidewalk from Macalaster <br /> Drive to Foss Road; and <br /> WHEREAS , the right-of-way shall be acquired in the name of the County <br /> according to the terms of the Agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br /> • St. Anthony hereby authorizes the Mayor and City manager to execute <br /> the Agreement with Ramsey County on behalf of the City of St. Anthony <br /> regarding the payment of CDBG funds for the purchase of said right- <br /> of-way . <br /> e <br /> Adopted this 3 ,'I day of f\ r 19 82 . <br /> P ayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> l <br /> - c <br /> ` - Reviewed for administration: ' <br /> ti r, City t•4anager <br />
