-2- <br /> (4) Upon approval of the right-of-way acquisition plans for the <br /> • County Road D project, the County shall acquire the right-of-way in <br /> accordance with the provisions of the Uniform Relocation and Acquisition <br /> of Real Property Act. <br /> (5) The County shall submit evidence to the City of the right-of- <br /> way acquisition and conformance to the Act. <br /> (6) In conjunction with the County Road D improvement project, <br /> the County will construct the sidewalk and shall submit evidence of <br /> said construction, all without any cost to the City in excess of the <br /> amount specified in paragraph (1) . <br /> (7) The County shall indemnify the City and the City officials <br /> against. any claims , demands , damages , judgements or losses relating <br /> to the performance by .the County of its obligations under this <br /> Agreement. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this agreement <br /> to be executed. <br /> CITY OF ST.
