�1 <br /> RESOLUTION 83-008 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROGRAM OF TECHNICAL <br /> ASSISTANCE IN LABOR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS <br /> PROVIDED BY LABOR RELATIONS ASSOCIATES , INC. <br /> EFFECTIVE P'IARCH =s15i._:19.83:_:TO MARCH 15 , 1984 <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council of the .City of St. Anthony desires con- <br /> tinuation of a program of technical assistance in labor relations <br /> management; and <br /> WHEREAS, description of a. labor .relations program is contained in <br /> a Memorandum of Agreement -submitted by the League of Minnesota <br /> Cities and Labor Relations Associates , Inc. ; and <br /> WHEREAS , said program and its. services is to be provided by Labor <br /> Relations Associates , Inc. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br /> of St. Anthony hereby approves said Memorandum .of Agreement and <br /> the services/program described therein. <br /> Adopted this 11 day of 1983 . <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: (2u'4(/ <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
