r <br /> R's <br /> RESOLUTION 83-035 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SHORT-ELLIOTT-HENDRICKSON, INC. <br /> TO PREPARE .PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR .CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF A WATERMAIN ON COUNTY ROAD "D" <br /> WHEREAS , Short�Elliott-Hendrickson, Inc. has submitted a proposal <br /> for the preparation of plans and specifications for the construction <br /> of a watermain on 37th Avenue N.E.- CCounty Road "D") between Silver <br /> Lake Road and Highcrest; and <br /> WHEREAS, the work on said plans/specifications will consist of pre- <br /> paration of plan/profile sheets, pertinent specification sections , <br /> and an engineer's estimate; and <br /> WHEREAS, said plans and specifications will be incorporated into <br /> documents being prepared by Ramsey County and will be coordinated <br /> with those. documents for the complete reconstruction of the road- <br /> way; and <br /> WHEREAS , these services will. be provided by Short-Elliott-Hendrickson, <br /> Inc. for the sum .of Four Thousand Dollars ($4 ,000 .00) . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, 'that the.
