Specifically, our <br /> work will consist of the preparation of plan/profile sheets, <br /> pertinent specification sections, and an engineer's estimate. We <br /> will coordinate with Ramsey County as is required for the <br /> completion of this work. <br /> We propose to provide the services for a lump sum amount of $4,000 ✓ <br /> payable upon our providing the completed documents to Ramsey <br /> County. <br /> It is to be specifically understood that this cost does not <br /> include the cost of laboratory analysis, boundary surveys, or <br /> underground exploration of the subsurface conditions. These items <br /> will be furnished on request and our actual cost therefore. <br /> It is. understood that in signing this proposal :we are <br /> authorized to-proceed only with the work outlined herein.
