DATE: October 2, 1984 <br /> TO: Cooperating Units, Urban- Hennepin County. <br /> HENNEPIN CDBG Program <br /> FROM: Hennepin County Office of Planning & Development <br /> SUBJECT: JOINT COOPERATION AGREEMENT <br /> The accompanying Joint Cooperation Agreement is a fully executed copy <br /> for your records. After County Board approval on September 26 and- <br /> appropriate execution, another fully executed Agreement was transmitted <br /> to- HUD on September 28 along with- all required supplemental materials <br /> under cover of the enclosed letter. Acceptance and approval by HUD <br /> will reconstitute Urban Hennepin County as an entitlement Community <br /> Development Block Grant recipient for Fiscal Years 1985, 1986 and' 1987. <br /> In total , 43 Agreements were executed between Hennepin Countyand <br /> eligible communities within the County. With the addition of Hopkins, <br /> all previous participants joined the program again for the next three <br /> years. The 43 communities have a combined population of 489,000 people. <br /> Our grant amount should be known soon after the first of the year.
