That WBAC shall assume all liability for all harm to <br /> persons , animals' and roperty due to its negligence or <br /> the negligence of it employees or agents arising from <br /> the performance of his contract and agrees to defend <br /> any legal actions WBAC shall hold <br /> CITY/TOWN harmless and provide CITY/TOWN with proof of <br /> public liability coverage , in the amount of at least <br /> $200 , 000 per each claimant and $600, 000 for each <br /> occurrence , covering the performance of this contract . <br /> Further , WBAC will furnish CITY/TOWN a certificate of <br /> insurance evidencing statutory Workers ' Compensation <br /> coverage for all WBAC employees . <br /> 8 . That during the duration of this contract -WBAC shall <br /> not , within the State of Minnesota , discriminate <br /> against any employee or applicant for employment <br /> because of race , color , creed , national origin , or <br /> ancestry and shall include a similar provision in all <br /> subcontracts entered into for the performance hereof , <br /> this paragraph being to comply with the provisions of <br /> Minnesota Statute Section 181 . 59 . <br /> 9.. That WBAC shall keep accurate and detailed records of <br /> the impounding and disposition of all animals picked up <br /> in CITY/TOWN and -furnish monthly reports to CITY/TOWN <br /> as to the services performed during the month . <br /> AND CITY/TOWN , in consideration of said covenants and agreements of <br /> WBAC hereinbefore contained , hereby covenants with WBAC that CITY/TOWN <br /> will obtain Animal Control Service from WBAC pursuant to the following <br /> provisions : <br /> 10 .
