The charge for animals picked up at the request of an owner f <br /> shall be charged to such owner at the rate of $25 . 00 per animal . <br /> , <br /> 14 . That CITY/TOWN shall make all payments provided herein promptly <br /> upon receipt of monthly statements from WBAC . <br /> 15 .
