MILLER, CHAIRMAN <br /> MAMA COMMITTEE ON LABOR RELATIONS SUBSCRIBER <br /> SERVICE CONTRACTS <br /> DATE: JANUARY 3, 1985 <br /> SUBJECT: LABOR RELATIONS SUBSCRIBER SERVICE <br /> The MAMA Committee on Labor Relations Subscriber Service Contracts <br /> recently renegotiated the agreement between the League of -Minne- <br /> sota Cities and Labor Relations Associates , Inc. for special <br /> subscriber services. As a result of those negotiations , the fee <br /> schedule will be increased for 1985 - 1986 , by five percent as <br /> follows : <br /> Population Category 1984-1985 Fee 1985-1986 Fee <br /> Under 5 , 000 $ 735 $ 770 <br /> 5 , 000 - 9, 999 1 , 110 1, 165 <br /> 10 , 000 -14 , 999 1 , 560 1 , 640 <br /> • 15 , 000 -19, 999 2 , 070 2 , 175 <br /> 20 , 000 -29, 999 2 , 670 2 , 800 <br /> Over 30 , 000 3, 335 3 , 500 <br /> Invoices and copies of the 1985-1986 agreement are being sent to <br /> all cities currently using the special subscriber services. Those <br /> MAN,A cities not using the .special subscriber services will receive a <br /> copy of this letter and copies of the 1985-1986 agreement. If a non- <br /> subscribing city wishes to use the special subscriber services , they <br /> may do so by remitting the appropriate fee to the League of Minnesota <br /> Cities , Labor Relations Subscriber Service . Population is based upon <br /> most recent Metropolitan Council population estimates . Remittance of <br /> the special subscriber fee should be forwarded to the League of Minn- <br /> esota Cities by no later than March 1 , 1985. <br /> Services provided by the Labor Relations Subscriber Service include : <br /> 1. General Membership Services <br /> This agreement provides for two types of labor relations <br /> services. The first is "general membership services" for <br /> cities that are members of the League of Minnesota Cities <br /> and. Association of Metropolitan Municipalities . Each of <br /> these organizations contribute an amount to the labor ser- <br /> vices fund on behalf of their respective membership.
