MILLER, CHAIRMAN MAMA COMMITTEE ON LABOR RELATIONS SUBSCRIBER SERVICE CONTRACTS DATE: JANUARY 3, 1985 SUBJECT: LABOR RELATIONS SUBSCRIBER SERVICE The MAMA Committee on Labor Relations Subscriber Service Contracts recently renegotiated the agreement between the League of -Minne- sota Cities and Labor Relations Associates , Inc. for special subscriber services. As a result of those negotiations , the fee schedule will be increased for 1985 - 1986 , by five percent as follows : Population Category 1984-1985 Fee 1985-1986 Fee Under 5 , 000 $ 735 $ 770 5 , 000 - 9, 999 1 , 110 1, 165 10 , 000 -14 , 999 1 , 560 1 , 640 • 15 , 000 -19, 999 2 , 070 2 , 175 20 , 000 -29, 999 2 , 670 2 , 800 Over 30 , 000 3, 335 3 , 500 Invoices and copies of the 1985-1986 agreement are being sent to all cities currently using the special subscriber services. Those MAN,A cities not using the .special subscriber services will receive a copy of this letter and copies of the 1985-1986 agreement. If a non- subscribing city wishes to use the special subscriber services , they may do so by remitting the appropriate fee to the League of Minnesota Cities , Labor Relations Subscriber Service . Population is based upon most recent Metropolitan Council population estimates . Remittance of the special subscriber fee should be forwarded to the League of Minn- esota Cities by no later than March 1 , 1985. Services provided by the Labor Relations Subscriber Service include : 1. General Membership Services This agreement provides for two types of labor relations services. The first is "general membership services" for cities that are members of the League of Minnesota Cities and. Association of Metropolitan Municipalities .
