• ARTICLE XIII - OVERTIME <br /> Overtime is defined as all hours, worked in excess of forty <br /> (40) hours per week . Sundays and legal holidays, or days observed <br /> as legal holidays. Overtime for all employees shall be paid as it <br /> is earned at the rate of time and one-half ( 1-1/2).
