• <br /> RESOLUTION 86-009 <br /> A RESOLUTION REGARDING PAYMENT OF <br /> ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR THE WATER SUPPLY INTERCONNECTION <br /> WHEREAS, Contract No. 32300-11839 provided $125,000 to the City of <br /> St. Anthony for the water interconnection between the City of Roseville <br /> and the City of St. Anthony; and <br /> WHEREAS, additional costs amounting to $26,509.21 have been incurred <br /> by the City of St. Anthony and approved by the U.S. Environmental Protec- <br /> tion Agency. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the- Mayor and City Manager are here- <br /> by authorized to execute the Amendment to Contract No. 32300-11839, <br /> reimbursing the City of St. Anthony in the amount of $26,509.21 for <br /> costs incurred for the "Roseville Connection". <br /> Adopted this day of .
