,l <br /> J <br /> MINNESOTA POLLUTION CONTROL AGENCY NOT TO EXCEED <br /> $26,509.21 <br /> • City of St. Anthony <br /> AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT NO. 32300-11839 <br /> WHEREAS, on July 23, 1984,. the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (STATE) <br /> and the City of St. Anthony (LOCAL UNIT) entered into an agreement identified as <br /> Contract No. 32300-11839 under which St. Anthony would construct an <br /> interconnection between the City of Roseville water supply system and the City <br /> of St. Anthony water supply system to restore the lost water supply from a <br /> contaminated St. Anthony municipal well ; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contract No. 32300-11839 provided $125.,000 to the LOCAL UNIT for <br /> the water supply interconnection; and <br /> WHEREAS, St. Anthony has incurred additional costs totaling $26,509.21 in <br /> supervision and construction of the water supply interconnection; and <br /> WHEREAS, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has approved the <br /> additional costs and has provided the STATE these funds through the fourth <br /> Cooperative Agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed by and between the STATE and LOCAL UNIT that <br /> Contract No. 32300-11839 dated July 23, 1984 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Paragraph D.4 is amended to read: <br /> The LOCAL UNIT shall submit an invoice for the amount of the costs <br /> overruns incurred by the LOCAL UNIT for the water supply <br /> interconnection with the City of Roseville water supply system. <br /> The total obligation of the STATE for all compensation and <br /> reimbursements to the LOCAL UNIT shall not exceed twenty-six <br /> thousand five hundred nine dollars and twenty-one cents <br /> ($26,509.21). <br /> Paragraph F.3 is amended to read: <br /> This agreement shall be effective on the date it is executed as to <br /> • encumbrance by the Commissioner of Finance and shall be in effect <br /> until all payments of cost overruns have been paid. <br />
