• <br /> RESOLUTION 86-016, <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER <br /> TO EXECUTE THE PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND THE CITY OF <br /> COLUMBIA HEIGHTS FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, it has been determined that the intersection of 37th Avenue N.E. <br /> and Stinson Boulevard N.E. is in need of certain street repairs; and <br /> WHEREAS, said location lies within the Cities of. St. Anthony and Columbia <br /> Heights; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is advantageous to St. Anthony and Columbia Heights to share <br /> the cost of such plans and repair. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council hereby authorizes the <br /> • Mayor and City Manager to execute the Agreement for Preliminary Engineering <br /> between the City of St. Anthony and the City of Columbia Heights for street <br /> improvements at the intersection of 37th Avenue N.E. and Stinson Boulevard <br /> N.E. on behalf of the City of St. Anthony. <br /> Adopted this day of F"rug--r 1986. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> ,J <br /> • l <br /> r <br />
