• <br /> FFSOLUTION 87-026 <br /> A RESOLUTION RELATING TO HEALTH INSURANCE <br /> PROVISIONS FOR RETIRED EMPLOYEES, <br /> INVALIDATING RESOLUTION 84-052 <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution 84-052 was a resolution relating to <br /> health insurance provisions for retired employees; and <br /> WHEREAS, said resolution established a policy allowing <br /> retired employees meeting certain criteria to continue to be <br /> covered under the City health insurance program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the criteria relating to that program have changed, <br /> making Resolution 84-052 invalid. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br /> City of St. Anthony, that Resolution 84-052 shall not apply <br /> • to any City employee retiring after August 15, 1987. <br /> Adopted this day, of A ,i UU St 1987 . <br /> ayor <br /> ATTEST: a.".I <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
