i' <br /> RESOLUTION 87-010 <br /> A RESOLUTION "APPROVING THE HAZARDOUS MATERIALS <br /> RESPONSE' VEHICLE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, the Cities of Fridley, Columbia Heights, St. Anthony, <br /> Coon Rapids and the- Spring Lake- Park Fire Department desire to_. <br /> have for their use a hazardous materials response vehicle; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is more economical for each party to share the costs <br /> of one such vehicle. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby <br /> approves the Hazardous Materials Response Vehicle Joint Powers <br /> Agreement on behalf of the City of St. Anthony. <br /> Adopted this -day of 1987. <br /> Mayor / <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> 1 , <br /> Reviewed 'for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
