Insurance <br /> The City will contribute toward Health and Life Insurance an <br /> amount equal to the amount the City will pay for its <br /> non-management/non-essential employees or $185.00 per <br /> employee per month, whichever is greater . <br /> The new ARTICLE XIX - INSURANCE will read (a new page for <br /> your Master Labor Agreement is enclosed) : <br /> "19.1 The EMPLOYER will contribute up to a <br /> maximum one hundred seventy-five <br /> dollars ($175.00) per month per <br /> employee for group health and life <br /> insurance including dependent <br /> coverage for calendar 1987. <br /> 19.2 The EMPLOYER will contribute up to a <br /> maximum of one hundred and <br /> eighty-five dollars ($185.00) per <br /> month per employee (or an amount <br /> equal to that paid by the EMPLOYER <br /> for the EMPLOYER'S non-management/ <br /> non-essential employees, whichever is <br /> greater) for calendar .1988 and 1989. <br /> 19.3 By mutual agreement employees may use <br /> fifteen dollars ($15.00) of the per <br /> month per employee of health <br /> insurance dollars in 19. 1 and 19.2 <br /> for dental insurance for all unit <br /> employee." <br /> Questions should be directed either to Jerry ' Splinter, Chairman of the <br /> MAMA-49 Negotiating Committee at the City of Brooklyn Center, <br /> 561-5440, or to Cy Smythe, Labor Relations Consultant to MAMA at <br /> 546-1470. <br /> JS: hfc <br /> cc : William S.
