.. o RESOLUTION 88-046 RESOLUTION VACATING A PART OF TWO STREETS AND A PORTION OF EASEMENT After discussion of a motion by Councilmembers to vacate a part of Wilson Street, a part of Coolidge Street and certain easements located in a portion of vacated Harding Street, but to retain drainage and utility easements in the portion of Coolidge Street vacated, it was deemed in the interest of the public to grant the vacations. Council member Ranallo introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that the following described properties are hereby declared and ordered vacated and discontinued: (1) That part of Wilson Street as dedicated in "St. Anthony Village Commercial Center Addition No. 1" lying between the extensions across it of the south line and Northwesterly line of Block 5 in said plat. (2) That part of Coolidge Street as dedicated in "St. Anthony Village Commercial Center Addition No. 1" described as follows : Beginning -at the Southeast corner of Lot 3, Block 4 in said plat; thence on an assumed bearing of east on the easterly extension of the south line of said Lot 3 a distance of 30. 00 feet to the centerline of said Coolidge Street; thence North 0 degrees 34 minutes 00 seconds West along said . centerline 51. 32 feet; thence North 32 degrees 59 minutes 23 seconds West to the West line of said Coolidge Street; thence South -0 degrees 34 minutes 00 seconds East along said west line to the point of beginning; excepting, and reserving and retaining unto -the City of St. Anthony, an easement for drainage and utility purposes in, under and across that part of Coolidge Street herein described. ( 3) That part of the utility easement as described in Document Nos. 3447185, 3483350 and 3184.160 and modified by Document No.. 5076605 lying
