• within vacated Harding street and lying north <br /> of the north line of Lowry Ave. N.E. and lying <br /> south of the following described line: Commencing <br /> at the intersection of the centerline of Coolidge <br /> Street N.E. and the easterly extension of <br /> the south line of Lot 3, Block 4, "St. Anthony <br /> Village Commercial Center Addition No. 1" ; <br /> thence North O degrees 34 minutes 00 seconds. <br /> West along said centerline 51. 32 feet; thence <br /> North 32 degrees 59 minutes 23 seconds West <br /> 288.06 feet; thence North 62 degrees 17 minutes <br /> 37 seconds West 89. 12 feet to the actual point <br /> of beginning of the line to be herein- described; <br /> thence South 51 degrees 26 minutes 00 seconds <br /> West 88. 70 feet; thence North 38 degrees 34 <br /> minutes 00 seconds- West 85.99 feet and there <br /> terminating; <br /> provided, however, that vacation of the utility <br /> easement referred to in this paragraph (3) <br /> shall not be effective until the granting <br /> of a new utility easement acceptable to the <br /> City and relocation of a sanitary sewer line <br /> from the vacated easement to the new easement. <br /> And that the City Clerk be directed to prepare and present <br /> to the proper county offices notice of said vacations. <br /> The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> was seconded by Councilmember Marks <br /> and upon . a .vote being taken, thereon, the following <br /> voted in favor thereof: Ranallo Marks Su dl <br /> and Makowske , and the following voted <br /> against same: none <br /> Whereupon the resolution is duly passed and adopted. <br /> Adopted this 22nd day of Novem er 1988. <br /> or <br /> ATTEST,r <br /> City' "Cler <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> '% City Manager <br />
