It is also the <br /> desire of the Watershed District to enlist the support of the three <br /> municipalities located within the drainage area of Silver Lake, namely the <br /> City of New Brighton, City of Saint Anthony and the City of Columbia Heights, <br /> for this project. The end result of the Phase I project will be an <br /> • Implementation Plan to improve and protect the water quality of Silver Lake. <br /> It is the desire of the Watershed District that this Implementation Plan is <br /> acceptable to the three municipalities named above, and not to implement this <br /> plan through a subsequent Phase II grant or other means without the <br /> concurrence. of these municipalities. <br /> Therefore, whereas the Rice Creek Watershed District wishes to enter into a <br /> cooperative project with the Cities of New Brighton, Saint Anthony and <br /> Columbia Heights through the Clean Water Partnership Grant Program to produce <br /> a Clean Water Partnership Implementation Plan for the improvement and <br /> protection of water quality in Silver Lake, it is resolved that the Rice <br /> Creek Watershed District shall not implement said plan without the <br /> concurrence of the City Councils for each of the respective municipalities. <br /> The motion was seconded by Mr. A. 3. .)N•yA L L <br /> The question was on the adoption of the resolution and the roll being called, <br /> there were f yeas and 4 nays as follows: <br /> Cardinal <br /> Savage _A6�,� 0- <br /> Duvall X <br /> Sande � ' <br /> Potts <br /> and so the resolution was adopted this la t day of rw A y 1989. <br /> gned: ndrg Cardinal , Sr. , rest ent ' <br /> Board�of Managers <br /> Rice Creek Watershed District <br /> BOARD OF MANAGERS <br /> A.J.CARDINAL, SR.
