RAY HAIK, VILLAGE <br /> ATTORNEY, INSTRUCTED THE PLANNING BOARD THAT IN QUESTIONS OF DIVISION OF <br /> ASSESSMENTS THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION SHOULD BE OBTAINED FROM THE VILLAGE <br /> ADMINISTRATOR: <br /> A. NAMES AND ADDRESSES OF OWNERS. <br /> • B. DIMENSIONAL SKETCH OF AREA CONCERNED. <br /> C. LIST OF ASSESSMENTS, TOTAL AMOUNT AND AMOUNT UNPAID, AND THE BASIS FOR EACH <br /> ASSESSMENT. <br /> THE BOARD WAS ALSO INSTRUCTED TO AVOID ANY DIVISION WHICH MIGHT LEAD TO <br /> ABANDONMENT OF WORTHLESS PARCELS AND INABILITY TO COLLECT SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS• <br /> 2. REVIEW OF ORDINANCE N0. 62. THIS ORDINANCE WAS REVIEWED WITH THE ATTORNEY TO <br /> FAMILIARIZE THE BOARD WITH ALL THE REQUIREMENTS AND THE INTENT OF THE ORDINANCE. <br /> THE BOARD WILL PREPARE :A TENTATIVE CHECK LIST TO ASSURE CONFORMANCE WITH THE <br /> ORDINANCE, WHICH WILL BE SUBMITTED TO THE COUNCIL FOR RECOMMENDATIONS. <br /> 3. REVIEW OF PROPOSED CROWDER PARK SHELTER. <br /> GEORGE ERICKSON AND ROBERT BAILEY SUBMITTED A PRELIMINARY SKETCH OF A SHELTER <br /> FOR CROWDER PARK. THE PLANNING BOARD CONSIDERED THE STYLE AND ARRANGEMENT OF <br /> THE SHELTER TO BE ADEQUATE. IT WAS SUGGESTED THAT THE USE OF MATERIALS OTHER <br /> THAN CONCRETE BLOCK BE INVESTIGATED FOR THE INTERIOR OF THE BUILDING, THE <br /> QUESTION OF KEEPING THE BUILDING OPEN DURING PARK HOURS IN WHICH NO PLAYGROUND <br /> SUPERVISOR IS IN ATTENDANCE WAS RAISED. THIS IS A CONSIDERATION DURING THE FALL <br /> MONTHS WHEN THE PARK WILL HAVE CONSIDERABLE USE BUT IS UNSUPERVISED, <br /> 4. LOT 11 , BLOCK 49 MOUNDSVIEW ACRES, 2ND ADDITION. A MOTION WAS MADE BY <br /> ERIK ROCKS, SECONDED BY NORM CAVANAUGH, THAT THE REQUEST FOR DIVISION OF <br /> ASSESSMENTS BE TABLED. <br /> MOTION CARRIED. <br /> MORE INFORMATION IS NEEDED CONCERNING THE TYPE AND AMOUNT OF ASSESSMENTS. ALSO' <br /> SINCE THE PLANNING IN THIS AREA IS NOT FINALIZED WITH REGARD TO ZONING AND STREET <br /> LAYOUT, IT IS FELT THAT DIVISION AT THIS TIME MAY NOT BE DESIRABLE. <br /> 5. DIVISION OF LEE PROPERTY FOR WELL #j. A DIVISION OF ASSESSMENTS ON THIS <br /> PROPERTY IS RECOMMENDED. HOWEVER, THE PLANNING BOARD DOES NOT HAVE ADEQUATE <br /> INFORMATION ON THE AMOUNT OF THE ASSESSMENTS AND THE BASIS ON WHICH THE ASSESS- <br /> MENTS WERE LEVIED TO DETERMINE THE EQUITABLE DIVISION WHICH SHOULD BE MADE. <br /> AS SOON AS THIS INFORMATION CAN BE OBTAINED FROM THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR, A <br /> RECOMMENDATION WILL BE SUBMITTED. <br /> NORM CAVANAUGH ANDREW SKOVRAN <br /> ERIK ROCKS 808 DOUGHERTY <br />
