Mr. Pudali's request iia;.- Planning <br /> Commission approval of a proposal to oonstruat seven 18-urAt apartment <br /> buildings ir, the area betwoen 37th Ava-nua N.E. and the Soo Line tracks <br /> and between Fairfield and Valley View was discussed by the CommissAon. <br /> • Inasmuch as the exea in question Is zoned for light industrial usage and the <br /> St. Anthony Village Zoning Ordinance pera�'65 -multiple residences uses In a <br /> light irAustrial zone, the Planning Commission found that the prop-sal met <br /> dhe usage requirements of the Village Zoning Ordinance. S-Ince Mr. Fudall <br /> indicated that this was a, preliminary visit and not a request for final approvall, <br /> the Commissioner reminded him of the need to comply with the pertinent Village <br /> Ordinances and gave him copy of the same. Mr. Padali then agreed to return <br /> to the next regular ineetiag of the Planning Commission with oomplete plans <br /> for the project, and stated that these plans would comply with Village Ordinances <br /> in all respects. <br /> P-62-2 Aoache Plaza Discount House.
