HOLTE AGREED TO HAVE THIS REVISED. HE ALSO AGREED TO HAVE PARKING <br /> AREAS DIMENSIONED ON THE PLAT SO THAT CONFORMANCE WITH THE ORDINANCE CAN BE <br /> DETERMINED. THE DRIVEWAYS ARE TO BE WIDENED TO 30 FEET. THE REVISED DRAWINGS <br /> WILL BE RESUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING BOARD. <br /> 3. LEON ERLIEN — PROPERTY ON FOSS ROAD AW D 37TH AVENUE <br /> MR. ERLIEN ANO MR . JARVI APPEARED TO DISCUSS POSSIBLE REZONING OF -;HEIR <br /> PROPERTY ON THE WEST SIDE OF FOSS ROAD FROM R-2 TO MULTIPLE DWELLINGS. VARIOUS <br /> ALTERNATIVES WERE DISCUSSED, AND THE REASONS FOR THE PLANNING BOARD S RECOMMENDA— <br /> TION TO REZONE THE PROPERTY FROM R—'I TO R-2, WHICH WAS ACCc:PTED BY THE COUNCIL, <br /> WERE BROUGHT OUT. <br /> THE PROPERTY OWNERS MENTIONED THAT THE QUONSET TYPE STORAGE BUILDING HAD <br /> BEEN MOVED FROM THE VILLAGE MAINTENANCE AREA ON 33RD AVENUE TO THE NEw BUILDING <br /> ON CHANDLER DRIVE. THIS BUILDING, IT WAS FELT, DETRACTED FROM THE ADJACENT <br /> PROPERTY. SUITABLE LANDSCAPING, SCREENING AND FENCING SHOULD BE PUT IN AT THE <br /> MAINTENANCE SHOP TO OVERCOME THIS OBJECT',ON. <br /> THE PLANNING BOARD SUGGESTED TO THE PROP:.RTY OWNERS THAT THE LIGHT INDUSTRIAL <br /> PROPERTY ON THE REAR OF THEIR LOTS BE OFFEREC 70 THE VILLAGE AT A REASONABLE <br /> PRICE FOR FUTURE EXPANSION OF THE MAINTENANCZ SHOP. THEY AGREED TO CONSIDER THIS <br /> POSSIBILITY. <br /> 4. ELMWOOD LUTHERAN CHURCH — CHELMSFORD AND �,'ENDHURST <br /> A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CHURCH APPEARED TO INQUIRE AS TO THE USE OF THE <br /> PROPERTY FOR A CHURCH. SINCE THE PROPERTY IS ZONED R-1 AND SUCH ZONING PERMITS <br /> 'TS USE FOR A CHURCH' THERE WERE NO OBJECTIONS FROM THE PLANNING BOARD. <br /> 5. HENRICH OLSON — PROPERTY AT 3409 - 33RD AVENUE <br /> AIR. OLSON APPEARED TO REQUEST THAT HE BE ALLOWED TO TAKE ONE FOOT FROM THE <br /> EAST SIDE OF LOT 14, BLOCK 2, OF ST. ANTHONY TERRACE MANOR ADDITION AND ADD IT <br /> TO THE WEST SIDE OF LOT 13. THE REASON FOR THE REQUEST WAS THAT A SURVEYING <br /> ERROR HAD RESULTED IN THE WEST SIDE YARD OF LOT 13 BEING LESS THAN THE MINIMUM <br /> • ALLOWED BY RESTRICTIVE COVENANT ON THE THE PROPERTY. ALTHOUGH THIS WOULD MEAN <br /> THAT LOT 14 WOULD BE REDUCED TO 74 FEET 1N WIDTH, THIS DID NOT APPEAR TO BE A <br /> SERIOUS FACTOR. JOE ROSINEK MOVED THAT THE REQUEST BE RECOMMENDED TO THE COUNCIL <br /> FOR APPROVAL. IT WAS SECONDED BY ANDREW SKOVRAN. <br /> MOTION CARRIED. <br />
