HERBERT OLSON — PROPOSED PLAT OF OLSON's ADDITION, SILVER LAKE <br /> THE PLANNING BOARD EVALUATED SEVERAL CHANGES SUBMITTED BY MR. OLSON TO <br /> INCREASE THE WIDTH OF THE PROPOSED STREET, AND IT WAS FELT THAT IF THESE CHANGES <br /> WERE INCORPORATED THE PROPOSED PLAT WOULD BE ACCEPTABLE. A DRAWING SHOWING THESE <br /> REVISIONS WILL BE SUBMITTED. <br /> 8. DICK PUFFER — PROPERTY ON 39TH AND MACALASTER <br /> MR. PUFFER APPEARED TO DISCUSS POSSIBLE DIVISION OF HIS PROPERTY. THE <br /> PLANNING BOARD SUGGESTED THAT HE CONTACT HIS NEIGHBOR ON THE SOUTH REGARDING A <br /> JOINT DIVISION OF PROPERTY TO OBTAIN SIX BUILDABLE LOTS SINCE NEITHER PROPERTY <br /> OWNER HAS SUFFICIENT FRONTAGE TO DIVIDE INTO FOUR LOTS. <br /> 9. F. S. SCHUTTA — DIVISION OF PROPERTY AT 3016 — 32ND AVENUE <br /> A SKETCH WAS SUBMITTED FOR DIVISION OF LOT 15, BLOCK 1 OF BONNIE VIEW HEIGHTS <br /> ADDITION INTO TWO LOTS FACING 31-1/2 AVENUE AND 32ND AVENUE RESPECTIVELY. THE <br /> PROPOSED DIVISION WOULD CONFORM WITH SIMILAR DIVISIONS OF ADJACENT PROPERTY. <br /> A MOTION WAS MADE BY ERIK ROCKS THAT THE PLANNING BOARD RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE <br /> DIVISION TO THE COUNCIL.
