ANTHONY <br /> PLANNIM BOARD MWUPES <br /> FEBRUARY 18, 1963 <br /> The meeting was called to order by the chairman at 8:00 P.M. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> Dougherty, Rosinek, Pocks, Skovran, Coulter, DiCarlo, Madden, Hansen <br /> Absent: <br /> Pion <br /> Mr. Little, architect, presented the proposed plan for a car wash at 39th Avenue N.E. <br /> and Stinson Boulevard to be constructed in the spring of 1963 by Robert & Roger <br /> Towsley.. <br /> Moved by Coulter seconded by DiCarlo to approve the proposed plan subject to approval <br /> of the traffic engineer and Village Consulting Engineer. All were in favor. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Harold Kalina appeared regarding the agreement on St. Maryls Cemek';ary between the <br /> • Council and St. Mary's Church. :Moved by Rocks seconded by Skovran to approve the plat <br /> submitted by Mr. Kalina. The classification of the street as a county road, Vnich was known to <br /> the property owners, while it offers cartain bar_efits to the residents, also makes <br /> • it a potentially heavily traffic ed road iKhdch is also apparent to those who wish to <br /> purchase property along the street. <br />
