RESIDENTS IN THE AREA HAVE BUILT HOMES <br /> AND 114PROVED THEIR PROPERTY ASSUMING THAT THE AREA WAS TO DEVELOP AS RESIOENTtAL, <br /> WHICH HAD BEEN THE ZONING EVEN PRIOR TO ITS INCORPORATION INTO ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE. <br /> REZONING OF THE PROPERTY ON SILVER LAKE ROAD TO COMMERCIAL WOULD SERIOUSLY <br /> ENCROACH ON AN AREA WHICH IS RESTRICTED IN SIZE GY THE VILLAGE BOUNDARIES AND THE <br /> RAILROAD TRACKS.
