The revised plat <br /> contained lots which were all larger than .the minimum size as set forth in <br /> Platting Ordinance No. 62. Mr. Harstad presented a petition for rezoning the <br /> two lots fronting_ on Silver Lake Road from R-1 Single Family zoning to R-2 Two <br /> Fami IV. <br /> It was moved by Coulter and seconded by DiCarlo to hold a public hearing on <br /> the proposed rezoning at the regular Planning Board meeting of May 20; 1963. <br /> • All in favor. <br /> Motion Carried <br /> The Board examined the revised proposed plat of the .Truchinski Addition, <br /> located on 37th Ave. N.E. between Belden Drive and Coolidge St. N.E..
