PLANNING BOARD M YUR)TES <br /> Village of St. Anthony <br /> May 13, 1964 <br /> The meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 7:30 Ptd in the Village full <br /> at 2900 Kenzie Terrace, Minneapolis 18, Minnesota. <br /> The following r°rerbers were present; Hotwi tz, Rocks, Springer, Mesenbriting, Errond, <br /> and Englund <br /> Absent; Coulter <br /> The minutes of i:he meeting of April 20, 1964, were approved as read. <br /> 1 . He-sitz stepped down as chai rr,aan and appointed Springer teWorary cha i r.i;an during <br /> discussion of this item. The chairman announced that this was the time and place <br /> to hold a public hearing on the request o; Lowry Grove, Inc. to relocate 28 trailer <br /> spaces within Lowry Grove Mobile Manor. fir. Mev. r, representing Lowry Grove, <br /> eNplained the proposed relocation. After hearing all the corimiants from the board <br /> and from the area residents in attendance, it was <br /> Moved by Englund, seconded by Rocks to table action on the request until sow. study <br /> could be trade as to the possibility of amending Ordinance #r66 to regulate area, <br /> density, and setback requirements within a mobile home park as is done in all other <br /> areas and zoning classifications within the Village. <br /> Howitz abstained. All in favor. Motion carries'. <br /> 2. Mr. Po,arenke of Partridge Construction Co. presented plans for 20 units of <br /> "town houses" to be constructed on Lots 11 & 12, Block 12, Mounds View Acres, <br /> Second Addition. The proposed developr.�nt conforr,asd to the area requirements <br /> and setback requirements. <br /> Moved by Nesenbring, seconded by Rocks to approve plans providing the proper setbacks <br /> and parking requiremnts are maintained. <br /> All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> 3. Tha board examined the proposed division of Lots 12 & 13, Bloch §, Mounds View <br /> Acres, Second Addition by Lowell Gearhart. The resultant lots were within the <br /> minimum requirements with the exception of two lots having 74.84 fr. and 74.66 ft. <br /> rontc-Se. <br /> Moved by hle,senbr i ng, ;seconded by Englund to approve the division and grant a from.age <br /> wmlver on the two undersize lots. <br /> All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> 4. The board examined the proposed division of Lots t, 2 & 3, Bloch; 4, Clark & <br /> King's Hennepin Gardens by Ed Tourancgeau. The lots were re-divided to front on <br /> Roosevelt St. NE. Two of tine lots were 72 ft. wide and contained 10,800 sq. ft. <br /> • Moved by Emond, seconded by Englund to approve the division and grant a frontage <br /> waiver on the two undersized lots. <br /> All it favor. Lotion carried. <br />
