Motion carried. <br /> 8. Robert Bailey presented a requast for a waiver of side yard requirement on they <br /> property at 3207 Silver Lake Road from 30 feet to 11 feet. The proposed addition <br /> to his house would extend to within 11 feet of the north property tine. The present <br /> setback is 21 ft'. <br /> Moved by Springer, seconded by Mesenbring to approve the waiver providing that any <br /> garage plated on the cask side of -the house be within the 30 ft. minimum setback <br /> requiremnt. <br /> All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> 9. Chat Herringer presented an application for rezoning lots 1, 2 & 3, ex. W. 10 ft. <br /> thereof and the Pill of Lot 4, Block 2, Soo Line Addition from two-family residential <br /> to com.-nercial to permit construction of a superette dairy store. <br /> Moved by Rocks, seconded by Springer to deny the request as it is not a desirable <br /> deveiop�nt for the area. <br /> All in fl=avor. Motion carried. <br /> 10. The board examined the request of John Maim at 3208 - 33rd Ave. NE to divide <br /> his property into 4 lots 62.5 ft. by 132.76 ft. <br /> Moved by Rocks, seconded by Mesenbring to approve proposed division subject to <br /> acquisition or a .51 ft. outlot along 321 Ave. to obtain street access. <br /> All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> 11. Walter Thurftedahl presented a request for variance in existing zoning on <br /> Lots 1, 2, 3 & 4, Block 10, Mounds Viers Acres Second Addition. The proposed rezoning <br /> • is from single faad ly residential to two-family residential along -the N. 120 ft. <br /> of Block 10, and the remainder of the block to be multiple dwaliing. <br /> Moved by Rocks, seconded by Springer to hold u public hearing on the request- on <br /> June 15, 1964. <br /> All in savor.
