• <br /> 7. The existing land area requirements per dwelling unit as stated in <br /> Ordinance 66 and any amendments will be continually reviewed to determine <br /> their appropriatness. <br /> 8. In order for a development to receive final approval the following items <br /> must be presented to the Planning Board or a waiver of the eequirement granted. <br /> A. Building plan with front, back and side elevations in additioh to <br /> standard floor plans. Other pertinent data such as facing material should be <br /> included. All plan modifications are not acceptable unless all proposed <br /> changes can be and are simply stated on a written proposal to the board. <br /> B. Site plan which contains the following: packing areas, access roads, <br /> landscaping, recreation fecilities, and pedestrian circulation or any other use <br /> that the site will be used for. The plan should be drawn to a minimum scale <br /> of 1" = 20i. <br /> Since the burden of showing that the proposed development is desirable falls <br /> on the developer, it is in his best interests that he provide as many facts, <br /> drawings and pians as he can reasonably provide for evaluation. <br /> • <br /> Drafted by Clement Springer <br />
