VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> .• February 16, 1905 <br /> The meeting was called to order by the acting chairman, Springer, <br /> The following members were,..present: <br /> _Springer, Howitz , Englund, Emond, DiCarlo, Coulter (8 pm) <br /> and the following ;vete, absent : <br /> Mesenbring <br /> Upon order of acting chairman, Springer,- reading of the minutes <br /> of January 19, 1965 was waived and the minutes were approved as <br /> presented. <br /> l - Reverend'. N[inehart , representing the Faith Methodist Church, <br /> along with the architects for the church, presented preliminary <br /> site plans ' for the expansion of the Faith Methodist Church. <br /> Upon motion' by,Howitz , seconded by. DiCarlo, it was moved to <br /> hold a public hearing on March 16., 1965, at which time the <br /> preliminary plans will...be considered and to suggest that the <br /> driveways be one way with diagonal parking and that screening <br /> and plantings be-- provided along the entire east and south <br /> edges of the parkiAg lot. NEly along same. from <br /> its interseco with-..the Se line of the NWy4 th'? SWly- <br /> 132 83/100. fte . along said: . road line tho SEly at rt. angles <br /> 150 ft.. the at rt, angles 'NEly to a pt. S from beg.- the <br /> N to beg. exo- rd - part of Seco 7, Twspo 29, Range 23. <br /> Upon motion by Howit'z , seconded by Englund to hold a public <br /> hearing on April -20;.. 1965 subject to re-submission of revised <br /> plans at next regular' meeting. Mr. Saliterman should meet <br /> with the. Bikilding Inspector -and Village Manager and attempt <br /> to resolve parking and traffic patterns. <br /> The motion carried -unanimously. <br />
