Giving testimony as to the advantages <br /> of the Uniform Building Code were Herbert Meyers, Building <br /> Inspector of Bloomington, and Richard Brooks , Building Inspector <br /> of St. Louis Park, <br /> • After a lengthy discussior�, n�l upon motion by Howitz, seconded <br /> by Springer, it was moved "toA"q opt4pmwith amendments, the entire <br /> Ordinance containing the Uniform Building Code with the addition <br /> of the 1964 Uniform Housing Code. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> 5.
