W. 439 7/10 ft. <br /> tho So at rt. angles 459 44/100 ft. tho Eo to Nally <br /> line of State Highway No. 63 tho NEly to beg. exc. rd. <br /> Part of Section 6, Twspo 29, Range 230 <br /> The requested rezoning is to rezone the Northerly 145 ft, of <br /> said property to R-2, two family dwelling and the balance of <br /> the property to Light Industrial. <br /> Upon motion by Coulter, seconded by Howitt , it was moved to <br /> hold a public hearing on the proposed rezoning on March 16,19650 <br /> The motion carried unanimously, <br /> 4, James Shaughnessy, Building Inspector, presented a proposed <br /> Ordinance adopting the Uniform Building and Housing Code, and <br /> establishing fire zones. Giving testimony as to the advantages <br /> of the Uniform Building Code were Herbert Meyers, Building <br /> Inspector of Bloomington, and Richard Brooks , Building Inspector <br /> of St. Louis Park, <br /> • After a lengthy discussior�, n�l upon motion by Howitz, seconded <br /> by Springer, it was moved "toA"q opt4pmwith amendments, the entire <br /> Ordinance containing the Uniform Building Code with the addition <br /> of the 1964 Uniform Housing Code. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> 5. James Shaughnessy, Building Inspector, discussed the <br /> possible revision of the Village Ordinance #66 regarding <br /> multiple dwelling land area requirements. <br /> Chairman Coulter requested that the Building Inspector gather <br /> and prepare, in writing, the requirements of other metropolitan <br /> communities and present said information at the next regular <br /> meeting, <br /> 6e The following schedule shall indicate which Planning Board <br /> member will attend the Council meetings to present minutes: <br /> February 23, 1965 Louis Howitz <br /> March 23, 1965 Thomas Coulter <br /> April 27, 1965 Peter DiCarlo <br /> May 25, 1965 Thomas Emond <br /> June 22, 1965 Curtis Englund z.-*, <br /> July 27, 1965 Louis Howitz <br /> August 24, 1965 Robert ,Mesenbring <br /> • September 28, 1965 Clement Springer <br /> October 26, 1965 Thomas Coulter <br /> November 23, 1965 Peter DiCarlo <br /> December 28, 1965 Thomas Emond <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br />
