Village of St. Anthony <br /> Planning r3oard Minutes <br /> June 15, 1965 <br /> • 1 . CALL TO ORDER <br /> The regular meeting of the St. Anthony Village Planning Board was <br /> called to order by Chairman Coulter at 7:30 P.M. on Tuesday, June 15, 1965. <br /> 2. ROLL CALL <br /> The following members were present at roll call. <br /> Thomas Coulter <br /> Curtis Englund <br /> Louis !lowi tz <br /> ,,obert Hesenbring <br /> Clement Springer <br /> Absent : <br /> Thomas Emond <br /> Peter Di Carlo <br /> Also present were the Secretary and Village Building Inspector. <br /> 3. MINUTES <br /> Upon motion by Mesenbring , seconded by Sorin er , <br /> it was moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting or ray 10, 1965, and <br /> addendum thereto as corrected. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> 4. PU3LTC HEARINGS <br /> None <br /> 5. PROPE!?TY DIVISIONS <br /> Upon motion by Englund seconded by Springer, it was moved to recommend <br /> Council approval of the division of lots 5 and 6, Block 4, Hiounds View ltcres <br /> Second ',ddition into two 67.51 foot and two 57 foot lots as shown on the <br /> proposed division presented by Kenneth "?enson and to grant a variance from the <br /> minimum lot size requirements as contained in Ordinance No. 66. <br /> Upon motion by Hovjitz, seconded by Englund, it was moved to recommend <br /> Council approval of the Registered Land Survey submitted by Henrick Olson for <br /> division of property on 322 Avenue N. E. and Rankin Road and to grant variance <br /> from the minimum frontage requirements as contained in Ordinance No. 66 from <br /> 75 feet to 71 .52 feet. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> • <br />
