6. BUILDING PERMITS <br /> Upon motion by .Howitz seconded by Coulter, it was moved to recommend <br /> approval of the plan submitted by Hickey and Little, Architects, for Apache <br /> Corporation, for construction of a four story medical building within the <br /> Apache Plaza Complex on the northwest corner of their property. Said <br /> recommended approvals subject to approval of a complete landscaping pian, and <br /> a traffic flow and parking layout plan to be considered by the Planning Board <br /> at 7:30 P.M. on Monday, June 21, 1965. <br /> The motion carried with Englund abstaining. <br /> 7. OLD BUSINESS <br /> Upon motion by Springer, seconded by Howitz, it was moved to approve a <br /> revision of the minimum area requirements in a multiple dwelling district as <br /> contained in Ordinance No. 66 to read as followss <br /> No MD mu.ltiple .dwetling building shall be constructed or placed on a <br /> lot which is lesser 1-n area than the following minimum area requirements: <br /> 12,000 square feet for the first two smallest units plus 2400 <br /> square feet for each additional one-bedroom unit, 2700 square feet for <br /> each additional two-bedroom unit, and 3000 square feet for each <br /> additional three-bedroom unit. <br /> In computing area requirements, a maximum depth of 1112 times the frontage <br /> shall be considered. No multiple dwelling building shall be placed on a <br /> lot which is less than 100 feet in width at the building setback line. <br /> It was further moved to instruct the Secretary to request that the <br /> Village attorney prepare a draft of an amendment to Ordinance No. 66 to <br /> accomplish said revision. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> 8. MISCELLANEOUS <br /> The Planning Board unanimously requests that the Village Council consider <br /> some means of providing a study of• the entire commerical development along <br /> Kenzie Terrace and possible methods of improving this development with regard <br /> to traffic patterns and future development patterns. <br /> 9. ADJOURNMENT <br /> Upon motion by Mesenbring, seconded by Howitz, it was moved to adjourn. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> • 2 <br />
