ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS <br /> Upon motion by OiCarlo, seconded by Emond, it was moved to recommend to the <br /> Council to approve Harold Northfield, Jr. 's request for a lft. front yard <br /> variance, and a 4ft back yard variance on Lot 19, Block 3, St. Anthony <br /> Terrace Manor. The board further recommends that Mr. Northfield submit to <br /> the Council signatures of owners adjacent to each of the variance requests. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> 6. ZONING VARIATIONS <br /> None <br /> 7. OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. The Board post-poned to the August meeting Mr. Springer 's report. <br /> 2.
