CALL TO ORDER <br /> The regular meeting of the St. Anthony Village Planning Board was called to <br /> oder by Chairman Fro--tem, Springer on Thursday, November 18, 1965 at 6:50 P.M. <br /> 2. ROLL CALL <br /> The following members were present : <br /> Springer, Englund, Howitz, Mesenbring, DiCarlo (in at ]:10 P,H. ) <br /> Absent: <br /> Coulter, Emond <br /> also present was acting Planning Board Secretary, James Shaughnessy <br /> 3. MINUTES <br /> Upon motion by Howitz seconded by Mesenbring, it was moved to waive reading <br /> and to approve minutes of the regular meet1 ng of October 19, 1965 and the <br /> special meeting of November 9, 1965• <br /> All in favor. Motion Carried. <br /> IF. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> Nene <br /> 5. ORDINANCE VARIATIONS <br /> a. Mr„ Dan 3urrill from the State Bank of St. Anthony Village presented <br /> his request to erect an U' x 20 non-conforming billboard sign on the triangular <br /> parte, of land on Kenzie Terrace between between St. Anthony Firestone garage <br /> and the American Legion building. (The parcel is zoned residential ). <br /> Mr,. Burrill explained the sign he wants to erect has been removed from a <br /> plot the highway right-of-way recently took. <br /> Moved by Howitz seconded by Englund to recommend to the Council to deny <br /> the request on the basis that a commercial sign would tend to establish a <br /> comn;ercial use and trend on a lot presently zoned residential . <br /> All in favor. Motion Carried. <br />
