-3- <br /> (B) <br /> 3- <br /> (B) Upon motion by Emond,seconded by Katterheinrich,it was moved to reco- <br /> mmend the Council to request Northern States Power to install sound buffers, <br /> and to update its landscaping at its substation at 2417-33rd Avenue N. E. <br /> adjacent to this preliminary plat. <br /> It was further recommended that the Council request to have all utility <br /> cables buried. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> (C) Mr. Y. A. Korsunsky was present to request a time extension on the <br /> special use permit issued December 15, 1964 to construct a 157 bed Nursing <br /> Home on lots 3, 9, 10 Bl . 11 , Mounds View Acres, 2nd addition (37th & Foss Rd. ) <br /> Mr. ICorsunsky explained that getting financing was time consuming, but now he <br /> was preparing final working drawings. James Shaughnessy, Building Inspector, <br /> had requested Mr. Yorsunsky to re-submit said plans, because a year has lapsed <br /> since original Council approval . <br /> Upon motion by Katterheinrich, seconded by Mesenbring, it was moved to <br /> recommend to the Council to grant a time extension of the special use permit. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> (D) The following is a time schedule for Planning Board Members to present <br /> Board Recommendations at Council Meetings: <br /> 1/25 Dr. Thomas Emond <br /> 2/22 Dwaine Miedtke <br /> 3/22 Donald Kronk <br /> 4/26 Robert Mesenbring <br /> 5/23 Curtis Englund <br /> 6/28 Fred Katterheinrich <br /> 7/26 Louis Howitz <br /> 10.
