7. OLD BUSINESS <br /> (A) Mr. {-porton Connett presented his drawings for final platting approval <br /> on Plat 63506 parcels 5570, 5120 to be known as Pat-Pen consisting of <br /> 14 single family lots and four two-family lots. <br /> Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Englund, it was moved to recommend <br /> to the Council to approve said final plat as submitted. <br /> All in favor. <br /> (B) James Shaughnessy, Building Inspector, presented revised rough draft <br /> copy of proposed sign ordinance. The Planning 9oard discussed the draft <br /> in part, making a few selected changes. <br /> Upon motion by Englund, seconded by Miedtke, it was moved to recommend <br /> to the Council to adopt proposed sign ordinance as revised. <br /> All in favor. <br /> 8. BUILDING PERMITS <br /> None <br /> 9. MISCELLANEOUS <br /> (A) Mr. Miedtke was appointed to represent the Planning Board at future <br /> sidewalk committee meetings. <br /> (B) The Application for a sign permit at Apache Car Wash was reviewed, <br /> taking into consideration a change of location. The Application is for <br /> a 7'X81 double faced sign displaying wash prices, elevated 8 foot on a <br /> line extended from the south line of the building to ten foot from the <br /> west property line. <br /> Upon motion by Katterheinrich, seconded by Miedtke, it was moved to rec- <br /> ommend to the Council to approve the sign permit providing the Planning <br /> Board representative to the Council approves a detailed sign layout <br /> previous to the Council Meeting. <br /> All in favor. <br /> 10 ADJOURNMENT <br /> Upon motion by Englund, seconded by Miedtke, it was moved to adjourn. <br /> All in favor. <br /> /;times Shaughnessy <br /> -Secretary <br />
