VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> March 15, 1966 <br /> 1 . Call to Order <br /> The regular meeting of the St . Anthony Village Planning Board was called <br /> to order by Chairman Louis Howitz at 7:30 P.M. on Tuesday, March 15, 1966. <br /> 2. The following members were present at roll call : <br /> Louis Howitz, Robert Mesenbring, Dr. Thomas Emond, Curtis Englund, Donald <br /> Kronk, Fred Katterheinrich, Dwaine Miedtke <br /> Absent : <br /> None <br /> Also present was the Planning Board Secretary, James Shaughnessy. <br /> 3. Minutes <br /> The minutes of the regular meeting of February 15, 1966 were read by the <br /> Secretary. Item No. 5 should 'be amended to read Mr. Kronk instead of Mr. <br /> Mesenbring seconded the motion for a variance. <br /> • 4. Public Hearings <br /> None <br /> 5. Ordinance Variations <br /> (A) Mr. Anton Jambar, owner of 3200-36th Avenue, presented his request for <br /> administrative platting approval to take 14 ft. from 3200 - 36th Avenr.e, Lot 1 , <br /> Block 4, Wilshire Park 4th Addition, a 95 ft. lot and adding the 14 ft. to outlot <br /> 6, a 60 ft. lot. 3200 - 36th Avenue would still meet Village minimums, but <br /> outlot 1 would result in a 74 ft lot, one foot below frontage minimums. Board <br /> Secretary, Shaughnessy, explained the 60 ft. outlot was created by adjustment <br /> of lot sizes after the original platting of Wilshire Par:. took place. The Board <br /> was given copies of the August 25, 1964 Council Meeting where Billman's request <br /> for a square footage and frontage variance on the 60 ft. outlot was rejected. <br /> Upon motion by Emond, seconded by Kronk, it was moved to recommend to the Council <br /> to grant the lot division allowing a one foot front frontage variance on the <br /> � . larger outlot. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> (B) Mr. Walter Sohorowich of Rodney Bi ' lmsn's Inc. presented his request <br /> for a 6 ft. side yard variance from Highcrest Road at 3608 - 36th Avenue,, Lot 11 , <br /> Block 5, Wilshire Park 4th Addition. <br /> Upon motion by Mesenbring, seconded by Katterheinrich, it was moved to recommend <br /> the Council to- grant a 6 ft side yard variance from Highcrest Road at 3608 - 36th <br /> Avenue, <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br />
