-4- <br /> (B) <br /> 4-(B) Mr. Nordell of Firestone Fire and Rubber Co. presented Plot Plans and <br /> elevations of a 6700 sq. ft. building and signs proposed for the N.E. <br /> corner of 39th Avenue and Stinson Boulevard. <br /> Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Emond, it was moved to recommend the <br /> Council approve the Plot Plan and Sign Request as submitted, except to <br /> modify it down to a maximum of two 40 ft. access roads located no closer <br /> to the intersection than 100 ft. from west property line on 39th Avenue <br /> and 20 ft. from the south property line on Stinson Boulevard and to relocate <br /> proposed pylon sign 5 ft. east as to not overhang Village right of way. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> 9. Miscellaneous <br /> Mr. Kollan representing Mr. Mihalchick, presented his request to divide two <br /> lots at 3601 - 05 Edwards St . N.E. (Lots it and 12, Block 1 , Clark and Kings <br /> Garden Tracts ) into 3 lots. (two 85' X 120' lots and one corner lot of <br /> 95 ' X 1201 ) all facing 36th Avenue N.E. <br /> Upon motion by Emond, seconded by Mesenbring, it was moved to recommend the <br /> Council approve administrative lot division as requested with the understand- <br /> ing the Village is to determine if public or private utility lines will <br /> service these lots. <br /> • The motion carried unanimously. <br /> 10. Adjournment <br /> Upon motion by Katterheinrich, seconded by Mesenbring it was moved to <br /> adjourn. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> ,games Shaughpiassy <br /> Secretary <br />
