-2- <br /> Further <br /> 2-Further discussion of the Mrs. Amerman property developed with Mrs. Amerman and <br /> her attorney, Frank Fudali, reinstating her position against rezoning. <br /> Mr. Haik, Village Attorney, advised the Board to exercise and to consider what <br /> the zoning should be now, taking into consideration the N.S.P. property being <br /> vacated and the new Pat-Pen addition being developed. He further advised to <br /> consider the Amerman house which is residential by character. <br /> Mrs. Amerman requested to be allowed to continue her small business college and <br /> drapery studio on the 1st floor of her two story home at 2417 - 33rd Avenue N.E. <br /> Mr. Fudali presented to the Board Chairman a petition from many of the neigh- <br /> boring owners requesting the corner lot be left commercial. <br /> Upon motion by Katterheinrich seconded by Miedtke, it was moved that if the <br /> Council rezones the N 95 feet of said permises to R2 - then and in that event <br /> the present non-conforming use of these permises as a drapery studio and a <br /> business school be approved. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> Upon motion by Howitz, seconded by Kronk, it was moved adjourn. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> • <br /> James Shaughne �y, Secretary <br />
