VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> • PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> May 17, 1966 <br /> 1 . Call to Order <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:40 P.M. by the Chairman Howitz. <br /> 2. The following members were present at roll call : <br /> Louis Howitz, Robert Mesenbring, Curtis Englund, Donald Kronk, Dwaine Miedtke <br /> Absent : <br /> Dr. Thomas Emond, Fred Katterheinrich <br /> also present was the Planning Board Secretary, James Shaughnessy. <br /> 3. Minutes <br /> The minutes of regular meeting of April 19, 1966 were received and approved <br /> as submitted. The minutes of the special meeting of May 3, 1966 was amended to <br /> read - Upon motion by Miedtke seconded by Katterheinrich it was moved to rec- <br /> ommend to the Council to rezone from C. Commercial to R-2 two family the North <br /> _ 958of the So. 228.3 ft. of W- 12 rods of SW v of NW 4 ex rds. Plat 63506, <br /> Parcel 5560 (The N 95 ft of Amerman property at 3309 Stinson Boulevard) <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Miedtke, Katterheinrich, Howitz, Mesenbring, Kronk , Englund <br /> Nay: Emond <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> 4. Public Hearings <br /> None <br /> 5. Ordinance Variations <br /> None <br /> 6. Zoning Variations <br /> The Board considered the request of Mr. James Bullock for re-zoning from tight <br /> Industrial to multiple family, Lot 3 and N 2 of Lot 4, Block 11 , Moundsview <br /> Acres, 2nd Addition. The Board feels re-zoning of these parcels would change <br /> the complexion of the whole light industrial area. <br /> Upon motion by Englund, seconded by Mesenbring, it was moved to recommend the <br /> Council to deny the request for re-zoning and not to hold a public hearing. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> 7. Old Business <br /> None <br />
