Mr. Hermundslie of Medtronics, 3055 Highway #8, presented revised parking <br /> layouts. <br /> Upon motion by Kronk, seconded by Mesenbring, it was moved to recommend the <br /> Council to approve new parking as presented. <br /> The Motion Carried. <br /> B. Mr. Babinski, Builder, presented a request to add approximately 20 garages <br /> to apartment complex at 3808 Macalaster Drive. <br /> Upon motion by Englund, seconded by Miedtke, it was moved to recommend the <br /> Council to approve the additional garages as presented, provided they are com- <br /> parable to existing garages. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> 9. Miscellaneous <br /> A. Mr. Petersen, Realtor, presented preliminary Plat of Lot 2, Block 5, Mounds- <br /> view Acres, 2nd Addition into 6 lots. <br /> Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Kronk, it was moved to recommend the <br /> Council to approve said preliminary Plat providing the corner lots be enlarged <br /> to 90 ft. by reducing the size of the adjoining lots after which all the lots <br /> would meet Ordinance No. 66. <br /> The Motion Carried. <br /> B. Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Kronk, it was moved the Village Manager <br /> be requested to contact the firm of "Nason, Law, Wehrman, and Knight Inc. to <br /> discuss: 1 . Kenzie area safety hazards <br /> 2. Hwy. #8 and St. Anthony Boulevard interchange, upon which the <br /> firm may present their proposal and cost estimates at the next regular Board <br /> meeting. <br /> The Motion Carried. <br /> C. The Board requests the Village Attorney's presence at the next meeting to <br /> explain the effect of the "Board of Appeals" as recently required by law. <br /> 10. Adjournment <br /> Upon motion by Kronk, seconded by Englund, it was moved to adjourn. <br /> The motion carried. <br />
