VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> JULY 19, 1966 <br /> 1 . Call to Order <br /> The regular meeting of the St. Anthony Village Planning Board was called <br /> to order by the Chairman Louis Howitz at 7:35 P.M. on Tuesday April 19, 1966. <br /> 2. The following members were present at roll call : <br /> Louis Howitz, Robert Mesenbring, Duane Miedtke, Donald Kronk, Fred <br /> Katterheinrich <br /> Absent: <br /> Curtis Englund, Dr. Thomas Emond <br /> also present was the Planning Board Secretary, James Shaughnessy <br /> 3. Minutes <br /> The minutes of the regular meeting of June 21, 1966 were approved as <br /> submitted. <br /> 4. Public Hearings <br /> • none <br /> 5. Ordinance Variations <br /> 1 . Mr. Utke of 3400 Roosevelt Street submitted his request for a 14 foot <br /> set back variance from 34th Avenue to construct an attached garage to his home. <br /> Upon motion by Kronk seconded by Mesenbring it was moved to recommend the <br /> Council to grant the variance requested. <br /> The Motion Carried. <br /> 2. Mr. Blanske (contractor) presented his request for an 16.88 ft. setback <br /> variance from Silver Lane to construct a house with an attached garage at 4029 <br /> Penrod Lane. <br /> After considerable discussion, upon motion by Miedtke seconded by Mesenbring <br /> it was moved to recommend the Council to grant the variance requested. <br /> The Motion Carried. <br /> 3. Mr. Rainer of 2824 Highway #8 presented his request to divide 75 ft. off of <br /> his 175 ft. lot, Plat 63507, Parcel 5100. <br /> Mrs. Byscewski presented her request for a 10 ft. front yard variance from 50 <br /> • ft. to 40 ft. and a 13 ft. back yard variance to construct a home on this <br /> property. <br /> It was pointed out the nearest home behind this property is several hundred <br /> feet away. Upon motion by Miedtke seconded by Kronk, it was moved to recomm- <br /> end to the Council to approve said lot division as requested. <br /> The Motion Carried. <br />
